12 ounces new potatoes, halved
8 ounces sugar snap peas, trimmed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3-4 small spring onions with greens, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Ingredientes:
12 onzas papás nuevas cortadas a la mitad
8 onzas guisantes
2 cucharadas mantequilla sin sal
3-4 cebollas verdes ,rebanadas
2 dientes de ajo ,en pedacitos muy pequeños
1/2 cucharita nuez moscada
2-3 cucharadas mentha fresca, cortada en pedacitos sal y pimienta

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place a large pot of salted water over high heat and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 20 min., or until tender.
2. Add the snap peas during the last 2 min. of cooking time. Drain the pot and wipe it clean.
3. Heat the butter in the same pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 min., or until tender.
4. Add the potatoes, snap peas, not make, and mint. Toss to coat well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Procedimiento :
1. Pon una olla grande con agua salada sobre fuego alto y cocina por 20 minutos o hasta que estén blandas.
2. Añade los guisantes los últimos 2 minutos de cocinar pon las papas y los guisantes en un plato. Limpia la olla.
3. Con la misma olla, calienta la mantequilla sobre fuego mediano. Añade la cebolla y el ajo. Cocina 5 minutos o hasta que estén blandas.
4. Añade las papás y los guisantes, nuez moscada y mentha. Mezcla con cuidado. Agregar sal y la pimienta al gusto.
