Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Peel and chop apples into small pieces. Warm tortilla shells in microwave to make them easier to handle. Place 1/4 of the chopped apples on half of each tortilla shell. Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. Roll up the tortillas, starting at the end with the fruit and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and greased well with cooking spray. Make small slits in the tortillas to allow steam to escape. Brush with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until light brown.
