2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup Velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in a pot to cook macaroni. Once water boils add noodles and boil until done about 10 minutes. While noodles are cooking, make cheese sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, gradually stir in milk, whisk to remove lumps. Continue stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. After removing from heat, stir in cubed/sliced Velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese is completely melted. When macaroni is tender, drain, and stir into cheese sauce.
