Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
4 cups cubed, cooked chicken (white meat preferred)
1 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 cups crumbled potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add onions & celery and saute until celery is slightly tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except for potato chips.
Mix and put in a buttered 9 x 13 pan.
Crumble the chips & sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly & brown.
