1 lb hamburger meat
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cumin
Small onion diced
1 serving spoon flour
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in medium sauce/fry pan and let it cook slowly, all the time making meat come apart. (Result will look like taco meat.)
Add garlic, cumin and diced onion while cooking meat.
When meat is nice and brown, put in flour and brown flour.
When this is done add 1 1/2 cups of water and about 1/4 cup tomato sauce; if you want more red, use more sauce.
Salt to taste and let simmer about 10 to 20 minutes.
