1c Unsalted Butter, Soften
1c Granulated Sugar
1/2 c Packed Dark Brown Sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 c AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg dark chocolate chips
1 1/4 c pomegranate seeds (patted dry)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Cream butter and sugars till smooth
Add eggs and vanilla and beat on low until well combined
Add Flour, Baking soda and salt and beat until just combined
Fold in chocolate until evenly distributed
Gently fold in pomegranate
Drop round tsp size portions 2" apart
Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown
Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes then move to wire racks
Store in fridge
