6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brandy
1 c. rum
1 1/2 qt. milk
3 c. whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and beat yolks until thick and light. Gradually add the sugar, beating constantly. Slowly add brandy and rum.
Chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add milk. Fold in whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites.
