2 sticks butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Fillings: Solo apricot, raspberry, prune

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients, form into a ball, wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight. Roll out dough in powdered sugar, 1/8" thick, cut into squares. Put a small amount of jelly and pinch opposite corners together like a pinwheel. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Store uncovered. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
