2 sticks butter
1/2 c sugar
1 T. vanilla
12 oz. bag milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. of your favorite nuts, chopped
1 sleeve of Saltine crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Place foil on the bottom of a 16"x10" jellyroll pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Lay Saltines on foil lined pan. In a sauce pan, melt butter; add in sugar and bring to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of hot buttery crackers and spread them as they melt. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cool on counter top a few minutes, then place in refrigerator until firmly chilled. Break into pieces and enjoy!
