Chuck or round bone roast
Onion
Onion soup
Potatoes
Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast and season according to taste. Slice and place onion on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Add about 1 cup water. Place in oven for 1- 11/2 hours. Place potatoes and carrots in pan and place in oven for 1 hour. Make gravy. Serve with baking powder biscuits.
