9-10" Pie shell
1/4 c diced onion
1/4 c diced green pepper
1/2 c chopped ham
1 1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 TSR. salt
4 eggs
2 c whipping cream or half &half
1 bunch green onions diced ( 3-4 stalks)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Saute ham, onions, and pepper. Drain. Grease unbaked pie shell bottom and sides with butter. Sprinkle ham mixture on bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle green onions on ham. Next add shredded cheese. Pour milk over all in pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 300º and continue baking for about 45 minutes. Insert knife tip in center. When you remove the knife and it is clean pie is done.
