1 chicken - brown in bacon grease
Garlic
green pepper
onion
tomato sauce
oregano
1 1/2 lb rice
green olives
Directions:
Directions:
Use a big pot for this -
brown the chicken in bacon grease. Add garlic, green pepper and onion.
Add tomato sauce and oregano. simmer 15 minuts. Add chicken broth
Rinse rice and pour into mixture
Add water to about 1" above rice
Add jar of olives
Cook until done
