2 lb. pouch frozen Ore Ida Hash Browns- Country Style (cubed)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint (16 oz.) cour cream
10 oz. grated sharp chedar cheese
3/4 cup hot diced green chile
Bread crumbs for the top

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour.

This is a great potluck dish or side dish at a family holiday meal!
It tastes great without the green chile, too-Dan added them one time, though, and we've never "gone back"!! Use Bueno brand (freezer section) if you can find them-drain before using.
