4 slices white bread, torn into pieces
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. Dijon mustard
1 T. Italian seasoning or 1 T. each dried basil and oregano leaves
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic powder
3 lb. ground beef
4 green onions, thinly sliced

With a fork, mash bread in a bowl with milk. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with Worcestershire and Dijon. Stir in seasonings. Crumble in beef. Add bread mixture and onions. Using your hands, work just until evenly mixed.
