1 c. oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 c. mashed banana (about 3)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla
1 c. raisins
2 T. granola or more oats

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, whisk together oats through baking soda. In medium bowl, whisk together egg, bananas, oil and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients. Sprinkle raisins over top and stir until just moistened.

Line a loaf pan with parchment. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with granola.

Bake at 350º for about an hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove to rack to finish cooling.
