1 taza arroz
1/2 ajo
2 jitomates
1 taza brocoli
2 tazas agua
sal al gusto

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1/2 clover garlic
2 tomatoes
1 cup brocoli
2 cup water
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Poner a freir el arroz en aceite.
2. Cuando esté de color café, agrega el tomate molido con el ajo y poca sal. deja que hirva un poco.
3. Agrega el agua y colocar una tapadera, dejar cocer 15 min. Asegurarse que el arroz este cocido.
4. Agregar el brocoli previamente cortado y dejarlo cocinar 5 minutos.

Directions:
1. Sauteé rice in oil.
2. When it is brown, add tomato sauce with the garlic and some salt and let it boil a bit.
3. Add water and cover. Let cook 15 min. Make sure the rice is cooked. Add the previously cut broccoli and cook for 5 more min. Done!
