1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 cups plain croutons

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, juice, basil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

Layer the lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle with croutons just before serving.
