4 filetes de pescado blanco
sal y pimienta
4 cucharadas de oliva
1 manojo de espinacas miniatura
1 cajita jitomate cerezo
2 cucharadas de vinagre balsamica

4 fillets of white fish
salt and pepper
4 spoons of olive oil
1 bunch of baby spinach
1 can of tomato

Directions:

1. Sazona el pescado con sal y pimienta.
2. Azalo en una sarten con muy poquito aceite
3. En la misma sarten , dora ligrmnte la espinaca y lo jitomates.
4. Mezcla el aceite con el vinagre la sal y pimente . viretelo sobre las espenacas y el pescado
5. Sirve el pescado con la ensalada de espinacas

1. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
2. Grill in a pan with very little oil.
3. In the same pan, lightly stir fry spinach and tomatoes
4. Mix olive oil and vinegar ,add salt and pepper.
pour it over the spinach and fish.
5. serve fish with the spinach salad.
