2 lb lean ground beef
1 lb hot sausage
1 small onion diced
2 large eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs, plain
1 cup picante sauce
1/2 cup sliced jalapeņos
1/2 jalapeņo juice
1 tbsp pepper seasonings (pizza)
2 cups shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Form into 2 loaves. Add more picante sauce and jalapeņo slices on top.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, add cheese for last 5 minutes or so.
