8 oz Polish or any fully-cooked sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp oil
1 can (14 1/2 oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) Del Monte Cut Green Beans with Potatoes, drained
1 tsp (or to taste) hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion in oil until onion is tender.
Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in green beans and potatoes, heat 3 minutes.
Stir in hot pepper sauce.
