Ingredients:
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
3 T. melted butter or margarine
4 (8oz) packages softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
4 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 T. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crackers, 3 T. sugar and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 325º for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and flour. Mix at medium speed with an electric mixer till well blended. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust.
Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250º and continue to bake for 1 hour. You can place in a water bath if you wish. Bake no longer than 1 hour because it will crack. Even if it appears to not be done...take it out!
Loosen cake from the rim and cool before serving. Chill and top with cherry pie filling.

Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from Renee Doljanin. She dropped some cheesecake off for Mary Jo and I to try. I'm not a fan of cheesecake but I love this recipe. This is probably the best I've ever had.
