1 ½ lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. bread crumbs
½ onion, chopper
½ tsp. salt


12 olives, approximately

Sauce
½ c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
13 ½ oz. can of pineapple chunks
½ c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first four ingredients and form into balls. Brown in 3 tbsp butter. Remove from pan.
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce and lemon juice together.
Drain liquid from pineapple chunks into a measuring cup, add enough water to make one cup. Add to saucepan. Mix vinegar into cornstarch slowly to avoid making lumps. Add to saucepan. Simmer until thick. Add pineapple chunks.
Return meatballs to pan and add olives.
