6 medium-large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup real maple syrup
1 tsp grated orange peel
juice of 1 medium orange
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheet with foil.

Place sweet potatoes on foil; prick several times with fork. Bake 1 hour or until very tender.

Let stand 5 minutes. Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise; scoop pulp into large bowl.

Mash pulp well; add rest of ingredients; mash well.
