4 - 6 pork chops
1 lb. can sauerkraut
Large can of chunk applesauce

325º, 2 hours - Brown 4 to 6 pork chops in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with a 1 pound can of sauerkraut that has been drained and squeezed dry, then cover with a large can or jar of chunk applesauce. Cover and bake.
