2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup Wesson Oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots

Frosting:
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 box confectionery sugar
1 stick of butter
1 cup walnuts (crushed)
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Combing all ingredients for cake, mix well.
Cook 325 degrees for approximately 35 minutes

Frosting:
Cream together all ingredients
May be necessary to add a couple of tsp of water
