1 egg white, beaten
2 small zucchinis cut into fries
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour egg white into a pie pan. In a second pie pan, place flour, cornmeal, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and pepper.

Coat zucchini in egg white, then dredge in seasoned flour cornmeal mixture. Place on baking sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until crispy. Flip midway through cooking.
