Directions:
Place chicken in a deep stock pot and cover with water up to 2 inches away from from the top of the pot. Add chicken paste or bouillon and whole carrots. Bring to a soft boil. Cook until chicken and carrots are tender. Remove and slice carrots and cut chicken. In another pot make rice and set aside. Add chicken, sliced carrots and a can of drained corn back into the stock pot then add rice. Cook for an additional 10-15 mins. Note: Once you add the cooked chicken back in the pot, taste broth to see if you need to add more chicken bouillon. Enjoy!! :)
