1 lb. margarine or butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Add flour and potato chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.
Bake for 12 minutes.
When slightly cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
