2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 C. Ground Carrots
1 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
Nuts, optional

Frosting:
1/2 C. Butter
1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 lb. Confectioners Pwdr. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients

Bake @ 350º 35 - 45

Frosting:
Soften butter and cream cheese at room temp.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
