1 1/2 # thin slice pork
1 tsp. salt
1/2 fine bread crumbs
1/2 c cornflakes
1/2 c flour
2 eggs
oil for frying
sauce:
1/3 c A-1 sauce
1 tsp. shoyu sauce
2 T ketchup
dash tobasco

Directions:
Directions:
Pound port to tenderize, sprinkle with salt. Combine bread crumbs and cornflakes crumbs. Dredge pork in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with crumbs. Heat oil t 375º fry till brown. Drain on paper towels. Mix sauce ingredients and serve on the side.
