1 1/4 cups sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cup milk

Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9" spring form pan with non-stick spray.

Preheat oven to 350º.

In mixing bowl, mix sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add almond extract and milk. Beat well. Add baking powder and flour. Beat on low. Add melted butter and mix well. Batter should be on the thicker side.

Bake for 45 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.

When completely cooled and just before serving, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
