1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 T. olive oil
28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (or 3-1/2 c.)
25 oz. cheese-filled ravioli, cooked and drained
3 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan

Cook and drain turkey. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside. Cook carrots and mushrooms in a saucepan in oil until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in a greased 13x9 pan. Layer with half of the ravioli, spaghetti sauce mixture, turkey and cheeses. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Cover and bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
