1 cup dry crab boil seasoning
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 yellow onions (quartered)
6 garlic cloves
3 lemons, halved crosswise
2 1lb heads of cauliflower. Trimmed into 2 inch florets
Cocktail sauce

Directions:
In a large pot combine crab boil, salt, onions, garlic and 6 quarts of water. Squeeze juice from lemons into pot and add lemon halves. Cook on high heat and bring to a boil. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes to let flavors blend. Using a spoon remove onions, garlic and lemons from the broth and discard. Return liquid to a boil.

Add cauliflower and turn off heat. Cover pot tightly and let stand until cauliflower is crisp-tender. (est. time 5-10 mintues) Drain and spread out cauliflower on a baking sheet. Let cool.

Arrange at room tempature or chilled cauliflower on a platter with cocktail dipping sauce.
