Ingredients:  
3 - 4 tomatoes (4 -5 roma depending on size)
2 T onion or 1 slice to equal
1 lg garlic clove
1/2 C water
1 T oil
Approx. 7 oz Fideo pasta alimenticia
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 cans chicken broth
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 t to 1 1/2 t Knorr Suiza powdered chicken stock (add to taste)
1 C water

Directions:
In blender add tomatoes, onion, garlic & 1/2 C water. Blend well. In pot add oil and pasta, brown pasta. Strain tomato mixture into pasta. Add salt, pepper, broth and water.
