3-4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2-2 c. seasoned bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning)
3 green peppers, sliced into strips
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1/2-1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 jar marinara
parmesan/mozzarella cheese
pasta noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in eggs and milk for a few minutes. Remove and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in a little oil until almost cooked through. Drain on paper towels, then add to a 9x13" baking dish.
Saute veggies in 2 T. oil for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper and seasoning. Add marinara sauce, warm through, then pour over chicken. Top with cheese of choice. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350º F.
Serve with pasta of choice.
