3 C. strawberries, sliced

2 C. rhubarb, sliced

1 C. sugar

1/2 C. flour

1/2 C. rolled oats

1/2 C. butter, cut into pieces

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/4 t. nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Spray an 8X8 inch grill safe baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix together sugar, flour, butter, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Arrange fruit in the baking dish and cover with above mixture.

Cover with foil.

Place on pre-heated 350º grill.

After 20 minutes remove foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

It is done when the fruit is tender and the top is a golden brown.

If the grill gets to hot prop the lid open an inch or two.
