3 lbs chicken pieces
1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken. Place skin side up in a shallow greased pan. Brush lightly with butter. Bake, uncovered at 450º for 30 minutes or until browned. Place in 2 1/2 qt casserole and sprinkle with onions, green pepper, parsley and rice. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over chicken-vegetable mixture. Stir. Cover, bake 30 minutes more at 450º or until chicken is tender and rice is done.
