3 T BUTTER
1/4 C FLOUR
1 ONION (chopped fine)
1/4 C CELERY
1 LB COOKED HAM
1 can CHICKEN BROTH
1/4 C MAYO
1 C CHEESE (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter & add Flour until well blended. Add Onion, Celery & Ham. Cook 5 min med/high.

Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until thickened.
Season w/ Salt & Pepper.

Pour mixture over Potatoes. Spread Cheese over the top and Bake 350º for 1 Hour

Potatoes- Slice Potatoes thin and line up in a greased 13 X 9 end to end

Personal Notes:
Sour Cream is substituted for Mayo. Add Nutmeg to taste.

Honeybaked Ham is what I use in this recipe but any Ham should work.
I also put my Ham in a food processor to acquire more consistency.
Yogurt could be used as well in this recipe.
