Ingredients:  
1/4 c. melted butter, set aside
3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1 - 12 oz. can of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour, sugar and beer in a bowl. Pour into a pan and bake for 50 minutes. Take bread out of oven, spread melted butter over the top. Put back into oven for 5 minutes.

You can make self-rising flour by mixing 1 1/2 t. baking powder and 1/2 t. salt with 1 cup of regular flour.
