1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 0z. ham, cut in strips
2 1/2 c. shredded cheese (I use cheddar or jack)
1 tbsp. butter, melted, poured over top

Bake in a greased 10 in. pie plate (deep) at 350º for 30-35 min.

I find this usually takes more than 35 min. to bake. It should be "set" in the middle when done.
