2 cups of cooked rice
2 cups of sour cream
1 lg. can of diced green chiles
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese grated
1/4 1/3 cups sliced green onions

2 tazas de arroz cocido
2 tazas de crema agria
1 lata grande de chiles verdes en cubitos
3/4 libra de queso Monterey Jack rallado
1/2 libra de queso cheddar rallado
1/4 1/3 tazas de cebollas verdes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, except the cheddar cheese
2. Put mixture in a greased casserole dish
2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of mixture
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until casserole begins to bubble. Take out, let cool and enjoy.
