16 Ounce bag colesaw mix
1 lb cooked chicken,shredded
2 cups broccoli florets,blanched
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 Red bell pepper thinly sliced
1 cup sliced scallions
1/2 cup chopped cashews (optional)

Dressing:
Soy sauce
Peanut butter
minced garlic
grated ginger
canola oil
sesame oil

Ingredientes:

16 oz bolsa de col
1 lb pollo cocido, desmenuzado
2 tazas de brócoli, blanqueados
1 taza de guisantes (o chícharos)
1 pimiento rojo en rodajas finas
1 taza de cebollines rebanados
1/2 taza castañas de cajú picadas (opcional)

Aderezo:
salsa soja
manteca de cacahuete
ajo picado
jengibre rallado
aceite de canola
aceite de sésamo

1. In a large bowl toss together the coleslaw mix, chicken broccoli, snap peas, and red pepper.

2. In a medium bowl stir the soy sauce, vinegar, peanut butter, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well blended. slowly whisk inthe canola oil and sesame oil. Season mixture with salt and
pepper to taste

3. Toss the salad with the dressing. Offer chopped cashews on the side as a crunch topping if you'd like.

Procedimiento:
1. En un tazón grande mezcle ensalada de col, el brócoli, pollo, guisantes y pimiento rojo.

2. En un tazón mediano mezcle la salsa de soja, vinagre, peanutbutter, azúcar, ajo picado y el jengibre rallado hasta mezclar bien. Agregue lentamente el aceite de canola y aceite de sésamo. Sal y pimienta al gusto

3. Mezcle la ensalada con el aderezo. Sirva castañas de cajú picadas en el lado como un adorno crujiente.
