1 bottle of your favorite vodka
1 bag frozen cherries, thawed
1 vanilla bean, split

Directions:
put vodka, thawed cherries and vanilla bean in a jar or bottle. let it infuse for 3-5 days. i like to give it a shake once a day. strain the vodka into its bottle and put in freezer to keep it cold and serve however you like your vodka. should hold in the freezer up to 3 months.

I made this for a new years eve party at the Bibergal house in 2007. Toni was in Sue's belly so i got to enjoy my creation. After straining out the cherries and vanilla bean, i put the drunken cherries in a container in the freezer and used them as ice cubes in my drink. when you finish your drink, pop the cherries in your mouth and enjoy.
