4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup half and half or cream or use milk
6 tablespoons of butter
salt and pepper
1/2 cup self rising flour or bisquick
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
ham cubes
mushrooms
broccoli
onion
feta cheese instead of cheddar
asparagus
shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender combine the first 6 ingredients. Pulse till blended well. Pour into a buttered deep dish pie plate or pan. Poke into batter the ingredients that you like. Some are suggested above. Top with the cheese and push down slightly into batter with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until puffy and set and lightly browned.

Our favorite is broccoli and ham. Freezes well and is good for breakfast with fruit or for a quick dinner.
