3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 eggs yolks, beaten
2 T. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust, baked
4 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add in milk gradually while stirring gently. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is bubbly. Keep stirring and cook for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks, add yolks to the rest of the hot mixture. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Slice bananas into the cooked pie shell. Top with pudding. Bake at 350º F for 12-15 minutes. Chill for an hour.
