1lb.cactus /nopales
3 medium tomatoes / jitomates 3 medianas
1 medium onion / cebolla 1 mediana
cilantro to taste/ al gusto
jalapeņo to taste / al gusto
salt to taste / sal al gusto
1 or 2 medium avacado / aguagate

Directions:
1.Cocer nopales por 15 or 20 min.
2.Ya cocidos se cuelan y enjuagan con agua fria.
Pongan en un recipiente.
3.Piquen cebolla,cilantro,jitomato y aguacate, y chile.
4.Pongan todo en el recipiente de los nopales agrege la sal y mescle!
5.Se puede comer con tostados o como esulada para platillo principal.
Delisioso!


1.Boil cactus for 15 or 20 min.
2.When cooked rinse in cold water and put in a bowl.
3.Then chop the onion,tomato,jalapeno,alantro,avocado,then mix in cactus bowl add salt.
4.You can eat with tostados or it could be a salad side for your main course!
