1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Beat eggs until foamy. Stir together eggs and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Place foil baking cups(without inside paper) in muffin pans, and coat with cooking spray; spoon batter into cups, filling two-thirds full.

Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done (I usually bake for 18 – 20 minutes in my oven) .

Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.

Instead of foil cupcake liners, flour spray can be used in pans.
