"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Mix all of the above in a crock pot and cook on low all day long. I always serve this stew with my Easy Corn Muffins (see recipe under 'Breads and Muffins')

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is so easy its embarrassing. Just open some cans and heat them. The longer it cooks, the more flavorful it is. I have cooked it quickly on the stove and slowly in the crockpot. All of the amounts are negotiable... Have more friends and family, add more ingredients. I use the BBQ sauce to taste.
I have used canned pork and chicken, as well as fresh pulled pork and a rotisserie chicken. The later is my preference, but I get just as many compliments and accolades when it is canned.
