1/2 cup of buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup La Choy sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 cups fresh course English muffin bread crumbles
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts,
1 cup all purpose flour
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken length-wise into 1/4 inch chicken strips. Combine buttermilk, soy sauce and red pepper in a re-sealable plastic bag; add chicken and marinade for 30 minutes. In another bag, combine flour and add a few strips of chicken at a time until coated. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then completely w/bread crumbs. Fill large skillet to no more than half its depth with vegetable. oil and heat oil to 325-350 degrees. Fry chicken in hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender and the juices run clear. Drain on paper towels. Serve with La Choy dipping sauces.
Serves 4, prep time 30 minutes, cook time 8 minutes
