One Pound Ground Beef
1/2 chopped Celery
One Medium Onion, Chopped
One 10-3/4 ounce can condensed Tomato Soup
One teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Two Eggs
One cup frozen peas
1-1/2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble ground beef into two quart casserole, about nine inches in diameter. Add Celery and onion. Microwave uncovered until meat is firm, 5-6 minutes. Stir to break up meat. Drain. Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, eggs, and frozen peas. Cover and microwave five minutes. Stir. Microwave uncovered until hot and bubbly, 3 minutes.
Mix biscuit baking mix, water and cheese. Spoon onto hot meat mixture, spreading to cover. Microwave uncovered three minutes, turn dish one quarter turn, microwave until topping is no longer doughy. 2-3 minutes.
